Unboxing: UDI/RED5 Quadcopter (UFO)

This thing is much much easier to fly without the protective guard rail, the round plastic thing I thought was a base turns out to be a different cover for outside flying. Pretty good for inside too it turns out and even after a few crashed the blades are fine.

I bought this from RED5 for £40, it is the first radio control flying thing I have ever owned although I have crashed other peoples in the past.

I want to build up to a larger one as a filming rig, people in the Google+ quadcopter rightly suggested I start small.

It works a lot better without the cover to protect it but I am truly terrible at flying it.
